Archery is an optional sport for men and women that first appeared on the Commonwealth Games Programme in Brisbane 1982, with 11 countries entering athletes. Delhi 2010 will feature eight events for men and women. The Preliminary Rounds will be held at the Yamuna Sports Complex between October 4 and 6 while the Finals will be held at India Gate between October 7 and 10, 2010.
